The Xiaomi Mi 8 SE is a cut-down variant of the Mi 8 and is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. The device sports a metal unibody design and also hosts a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The smartphone also comes with AI-powered dual rear cameras. 

In terms of imaging, the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE hosts dual 12+5-megapixel rear cameras which along with a dual-tone LED flash is designed to shoot low-light images. On the front, the 20-megapixel front-facing camera promises better selfies and video calls.
